PilotLog not displaying correctly or not working?
Some browsers store (cache) web pages locally - this improves performance but can mean that the stored code can be out of date. This seems particularly to affect Mac Safari users. To force Safari to reload the latest code, press 'Command-R' ('Apple-R') twice. Windows users experiencing similar problems can use 'Ctrl-F5' to force a reload in Internet Explorer or FireFox.

Unable to see pop-up windows from PC's at work?
Some corporate firewalls will not recognise pop-up windows unless you type the PilotLog url into your browser with the 'www.' prefix.
'pilotlog.co.uk' will work in most cases, but if you have problems, use 'www.pilotlog.co.uk' instead.

Seeing a 'Login Error' screen even if you type your password correctly?
Bear in mind that your user name and password are case sensitive, and must be entered exactly as on your membership card.
Also, a bug in some versions of the Opera browser means that you will see this message at every login - just click on the 'authorised users' link to see your log book. This bug does not affect other browsers such as Internet Explorer.

Unable to see numeric hours totals in the Statistical Charts with Firefox?
When viewing charts, the total for the column under the mouse pointer is displayed in the window status bar (at the bottom). Firefox prevents this code from running by default, but you can enable it by selecting Tools->Options... then Web Features. Check 'Enable Javascript' and click Advanced... then check all the options to ensure that all Javascript code required by PilotLog can run.
