This form displays your personal details as held on file by PilotLog. These will initially be the details entered when you signed up for an account, and everything below 'employer' will be blank.
The entries for your name, current address and e-mail must be kept up to date and accurate, so we can contact you when necessary for administrative purposes.
If you wish to keep your PilotLog log book as your sole log, you should also fill in as much of the remaining information as is applicable to you (obviously if you do not fly commercially, you will not have an employer, for example). The information stored here is as required by the ANO, and will be printed on the covering page of your
log book printouts.
Whenever you make changes to this form, MJICCS will be notified automatically by e-mail of your updated contact details, so that we can make the necessary changes to our records. We will not receive your employer's address, or your licence details, as these are not required by us.
