This screen contains links to PayPal's website, where you can set up, cancel and view regular subscription payments to MJICCS for the PilotLog service.

To set up your initial subscription when your trial period is coming to an end, click on one of the top two buttons (labelled PayPal subscribe). These offer a choice of annual or monthly payment.

Either button will transport you to a secure PayPal page, requesting your personal details for payment. If you already have a PayPal account, log in to it with your PayPal validated e-mail address and password. If you do not have a PayPal account, your details should be copied from the PilotLog user database, meaning you only have to provide your credit card details, and set up a PayPal password. We strongly recommend that your PayPal password is different from your PilotLog password.

Once your subscription is set up, you can click on the 'PayPal' button to log in to PayPal to view your account. You can, of course, access your account directly without logging in to PilotLog.

Should you wish to cancel your subscription to PilotLog, you may click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button. This will allow you to log in to your PayPal account, and direct you to a page allowing you to cancel future payments to MJICCS. PayPal will notify us of this cancellation, and your PilotLog account will be closed at the end of the period for which you have already paid. Note that partial refunds will not be made automatically, unless you contact us to request immediate closure of your account.

If your subscription is cancelled unintentionally, you can reinstate it. After setting up your initial payment, the links change to 'Reinstate Subscription Payment'. Clicking these will set up a new recurring payment, timed such that the first payment will be taken when your existing membership expires.

Note that PayPal is an independent payment processing company, unrelated to MJICCS. Your account with PayPal is held securely by them, and we never receive your credit card or bank account details.
