First make an appropriate selection from the drop-down list at the top of the form. This will be an aircraft category (for generic hours), an aircraft type (for type-specific hours) or a simulator type (for simulator hours).

Only aircraft types in the PilotLog database are listed. If you wish to add experience on a different type, you will first need to add an aircraft of that type to the database.

Enter your previous hours totals in the boxes, in accordance with the guidelines specified in data entry formats.

Hours added will appear in the Previous Experience screen, and be included in Hours by Type breakdowns.
