On the PilotLog home page, click on the 'Login' button. A prompt will appear asking for a user name and password. Enter these exactly as provided in your welcome e-mail. Both user name and password are case sensitive and must be entered correctly.

Once your user name and password have been verified, you should see your personal log book, as per the Main Log screen.

If you enter an incorrect user name/password combination, a Login Error screen will be displayed. The prompt for 'Authorised users click here' allows another login attempt. There is no limit to the number of attempts allowed.

If you forget your user name or password, or suspect that these details are known to another person, please contact us and we will issue a new password to your e-mail address as held on file.

If you wish to add PilotLog to your favourites, you can create a link to the PilotLog home page, then click the Login button. Alternatively you can create a link directly to your log page, which will prompt for your password when you select the link.

No cookies are used or stored by PilotLog. Note that you should not, however, check the 'remember password' option when logging in unless you are using your own secure PC. If you allow a public PC to remember your details, people using the computer after you may be able to edit your log book.

Once you have finished using PilotLog, you should always Logout.
