Edit Airport Window
This window works in exactly the same way as the Add Airport window, but with some restrictions:

If another user has entered the airport into their log book, it is not possible to change Name, ICAO Code or IATA Code. This is to prevent another user from entering data into their log, then having it modified by someone else. If the airport is only in use by yourself (or not in use) the details can be freely edited.

If the airport is not in use by any PilotLog user, then the Delete Airport button will be displayed. After prompting for confirmation, this will permanantly delete the airport from the database. This feature is provided to remove entries made in error. If any user (including yourself) has entered the airport into their log book, the option to delete it will not be available.

If you are unable to edit or delete an entry which you believe to be incorrect, please e-mail contact us with the details.

Clicking on 'Discard Changes' will close the 'Edit Airport' window. If you have made any changes, you will be asked to confirm this before your changes are lost.
Clicking on 'Save and Exit' will save the airport to the database, and close the 'Edit Airport' window.

If there are any errors in the entries, a warning message will pop up to advise. See data entry for details of acceptable data formats.
