Edit Aircraft
Database -> View Aircraft
Click an aircraft to edit
This window works in exactly the same way as the
Add Aircraft window, but with some restrictions:
If the aircraft is not in use by any PilotLog user, then the Delete Aircraft button will be displayed. After prompting for confirmation, this will permanantly delete the aircraft from the database. This feature is provided to remove entries made in error. If any user (including yourself) has entered the aircraft into their log book, the option to delete it will not be available.
If you are unable to edit or delete an entry which you believe to be incorrect, please
contact us with the details.
Clicking on 'Discard Changes' will close the 'Edit Aircraft' window. If you have made any changes, you will be asked to confirm this before your changes are lost.
Clicking on 'Save and Exit' will save the aircraft to the database, and close the 'Edit Aircraft' window.
If there are any errors in the entries, a warning message will pop up to advise. See
data entry for details of acceptable data formats.
